OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 16, 2007, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 44 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 8 and 9 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, do come into force on and not before June 15, 2007.
