OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated March 12, 1999, pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of

Chapter 4 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint Mary M. Boyd of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of office commencing February 6, 1998, and ending February 5, 2001.
