On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Belinda Kirkwood of Toronto was reappointed a part-time vice-chair of the Grievance Settlement Board by Order in Council O.C. 1596/2015.
Ms. Kirkwood submitted her resignation effective September 30, 2016.
Therefore, pursuant to subsections 47(4) and 47(5) of the Crown Employees Collective Bargaining Act, 1993, Order in Council O.C. 1596/2015 is revoked effective September 30, 2016.
