Order in Council 2188/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Markovits was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective January 16, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 37/2017;

And

whereas Robert Markovits tendered his resignation effective October 13, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 37/2017 be revoked effective October 13, 2017.
