OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated August 23, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to, effective April 1, 2007: (

a) approve a market adjustment to the rates of compensation for the position of Clerk IV (Office Manager), Ottawa Office, Department of Intergovernmental Affairs for fiscal 2007/08, as contained in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Public Service Commission to review the market adjustment annually and to adjust the salary range up to a maximum of 15% over the Nova Scotia salary range for the position based on compensation market review and analysis data and changing market differences between Nova Scotia and Ottawa market rates.
