Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act,

I designate the area known as Jumpers Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of Birchy Bay as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from military grid reference, Zone 21, 668,000 metres east 5,468,000 metres north 212 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 197 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 178 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,475 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 214 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 204 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 185 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 249 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 323 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 15 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 42 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 14 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 24 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 11 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 44 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;
