Order in Council 1398/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007,

Ronald St. John of Manotick

be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding a term of three years, effective November 3, 2016 up to and including November 2, 2019.
