OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Justice dated February 23, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia,1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an Agreement with the Government of Canada in relation to the administration of the Firearms Act in the form set out in

Schedule "A" and an extension of that agreement in the form set out in

Schedule "B , which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications as the Minister deems necessary, effective March 23, 2012.
