OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated November 25, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint James Gogan of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a member of the St. Francis Xavier University Foundation, for a term of office of three years effective February 1, 2006.
