OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 4, 1999, pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, is pleased to determine the remuneration for the: (

a) Chair of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to be in accordance with the Management Compensation Pay Plan (MCP 38)(1.04) approved from time to time by the Governor in Council, effective April 1, 1999; (

b) Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to be in accordance with the Management Compensation Pay Plan (MCP 38)(0.95) approved from time to time by the Governor in Council, effective August 1, 1999; and (

c) Full-time members of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, other than the Chair and the Vice-Chair, to be in accordance with the Management Compensation Pay Plan (MCP 38)(0.90) approved from time to time by the Governor in Council, effective August 1, 1999.
