Order in Council 1733/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Patricia McQuaid was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective November 23, 2013, by Order in Council O.C. 769/2013;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Patricia McQuaid of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of five years, effective November 23, 2016.
