OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Efficiency and the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated December 31, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 110 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to amend the Water and Wastewater Facilities and Public Drinking Water Supplies Regulations , N.S. Reg. 186/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-426 dated September 30, 2005, to clarify the types of facilities that fall within the scope of the regulations, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” to Appendix 7, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 26, 2026.
