Order in Council 789/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 46/2020, dated January 9, 2020, Michael A. Shabinsky was appointed as a member of the Town of the Greater Napanee Police Services Board for a term of three years effective January 9, 2020;

And

whereas pursuant to Resolution 143/21 made by the Council of the Town of Greater Napanee on March 23 2021, the Town of the Greater Napanee Police Services Board was folded.

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 46/2020, dated January 9, 2020, appointing Michael A. Shabinsky as a member of the Town of the Greater Napanee Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
