Order in Council 1713/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario to set remuneration for Ontario government appointees, the person appointed as Negotiations Team Chair in support of negotiations between the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Ontario Medical Association,

shall be remunerated at the rate of $1,500.00 per day based on a 7.25 hour day, to a maximum of 100 days; and

shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses that are incurred while engaged in that position in accordance with relevant directives, guidelines and policies of Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
