Order in Council 1037/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Catherine Zahn, MD , FRCPC

be appointed Deputy Minister of Health, effective September 7, 2021, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of this appointment;

And that Order in Council O.C. 970/2019, dated June 20, 2019, be revoked effective September 7, 2021.
