Order in Council 106/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 ,

alexandra chow of the City of Toronto

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of 18 months, effective on the later of February 1, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made.
