Order in Council 138/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Eleni Palantzas was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 10, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 207/2022;

And

whereas Eleni Palantzas tendered her resignation effective January 16, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 207/2022 be revoked effective January 16, 2023.
