Order in Council 398/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered OC 1006/2020, dated the 9th day of July, 2020, Gordon Clark was reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of that Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of that appointment.

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act ,

Gordon Clark, of Coldwater

be reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of this Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

Further that pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act , Order in Council numbered OC 1006/2020 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
