Order in Council 1524/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Science North Act , O.C. 118/2023 dated February 2, 2023 appointing Audrey Penner as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
