OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated July 17, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2011, the Nova Scotia Jobs Fund Act and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize an environmental indemnity in favour of Nova Scotia Power Incorporated in the form substantially as outlined in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated July 17, 2012.
