Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, is pleased to amend the Justices of the Peace Regulations, N.S. Reg. 51/2002, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-159 dated March 28, 2002, to repeal

Section 10 in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 20, 2013.
