Order in Council 2363/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Aida Gatfield of Arva be reappointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective January 9, 2018.
