Order in Council 1385/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sara Mintz of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term effective the later of September 13, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending December 31, 2021.

Further,

whereas Sara Mintz was reappointed as part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending May 8, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1741/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1741/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
