OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated June 30, 2004, pursuant to clause 12(
f) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective October 31, 2003, to: (
a) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to Y.L. Holdings Ltd. of lands under the operation and control of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation situate at 15 Carleton Street in the Town of Digby, Digby County; (
b) amend Order in Council 2003-453 dated October 31, 2003, by striking out "but this authorization does not include the execution of any deeds or other title documentation related to any proposed sale of the land" immediately following the word "lands" in line three of paragraph (
b) and substituting "and this authorization to include authorization for the execution of a deed and other title documentation related to the sale of the land."; and (
c) authorize the President and one other officer of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
