CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Provincial Lands Act [Assented to March 31, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.45,

section amended

Section of The Provincial Lands Act is amended by adding thereto the following subsection: “

(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations authorizing the minister to cause a transfer of provincial lands to be prepared conditionally in any case where a department or agency of the Government of Canada, on behalf of a purchaser of provincial lands, pays the whole or the unpaid balance of the purchase price subject to any condition”. 1959, c.83, s.1.
