Order in Council 1284/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Visha Sukdeo was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 249/2022;

And

whereas Visha Sukdeo tendered her resignation effective August 9, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 249/2022 be revoked effective August 9, 2022.
