1 The fees set out in sections 2 to 5 are payable, and shall be paid, to the Minister of Cooperative, Consumer and Corporate Affairs.

Corporations under The Religious Societies' Lands Act

2 The following fees shall be paid for services under The Religious Societies' Lands Act :

(

a) filing resolution and issuing a certificate of incorporation or certificate of a change of name: $12.;

(

b) copy of certificate of incorporation and resolution or certificate of a change of name and resolution: $6.

The Ukranian Catholic Parishes Act

4 The following fees shall be paid for services under The Ukrainian Catholic Parishes Act (S.M. 1953, (2nd Sess.), c. 81):

(

a) certificate of incorporation: $12.;

(

b) copy of certificate: $6.

Fraternal Societies and similar Acts

5 Under the following Acts, namely

(

a) An Act to incorporate The Loyal Orange Association of Manitoba (S.M. 1883, c. 92);

(

b) An Act to incorporate The Grand Lodge of Manitoba of The Independent Order of Odd-Fellows (S.M. 1896, c. 37);

(

c) An Act to incorporate The Grand Lodge of Manitoba of The Knights of Pythias (S.M. 1910, c. 100);

(

d) An Act respecting The Grand Lodge of Manitoba Ancient Free and Accepted Masons (S.M. 1924, c. 123); and

(

e) any other Act providing for the incorporation of another Fraternal Society or another Order of a similar nature;

the fee for issuing a certificate of incorporation shall be $12. and the fee for a copy of a certificate shall be $6.
