Order in Council 1064/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1667/2024, dated December 12, 2024, Daniel H. Allen was further reappointed as a member of the Town of LaSalle Police Service Board for a period not to exceed one year, effective from December 12, 2024;

And

whereas Daniel H. Allen has, in writing, resigned his appointment, effective July 14, 2025;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1667/2024, dated December 12, 2024, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
