On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
PURSUANT TO subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Philip Squire of London be appointed as a Lawyer member and designated as full-time Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of one year, effective March 11, 2025.
FURTHERMORE , pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1482/2023 dated October 5, 2023 be revoked effective March 11, 2025.
