Order in Council 1221/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christine Waler was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two-years, effective April 4, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 484/2024;

And

whereas Christine Waler tendered her resignation effective May 9, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 484/2024 be revoked effective May 9, 2025.
