Order in Council 218/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Stanley Jaskot was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 23, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 203/2023;

And

whereas Stanley Jaskot tendered his resignation effective January 16, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 203/2023 be revoked effective January 16, 2024.
