OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated January 16, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective February 21, 2023, to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing entering into a net debt obligation in the form of tangible capital assets, for the purposes of long-term sustainability and transformation of the public housing portfolio, in a total amount not to exceed $50,710,000.
