Order in Council 1628/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsections 3(1) and 3(3) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Beth Downing of Oakville be appointed as a full-time member and designated as full-time Vice-Chair of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

FURTHERMORE, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Orders in Council numbered O.C. 1636/2022 dated December 1, 2022 and O.C. 1432/2024 dated November 7, 2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
