Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that subsection 25N(4) of the Consumer Protection Act, as enacted by
Section 1 of
Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2012,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, to Ensure Fairness in Cellular Telephone Contracts, do come into force on and not before May 1, 2013.
