OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs dated February 26, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between Nova Scotia and Canada, and a multi-year Tripartite Agreement with the federal government and the Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" and
Schedule "B" respectively, attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
