OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 24, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands, being Parcel 2015-3, at or near Liverpool Harbour, County of Queens, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of surplus land, being Parcel 2015-3 (the infilled lands) to Harbourside Commercial Park Inc., a Nova Scotia Limited Company, having its registered office in Halifax, County of Halifax, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

d) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
