OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated August 25, 2015, and upon notice of a fee increase having been presented to the House of Assembly in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act , and pursuant to

Section 64 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , is pleased, effective on and after October 26, 2015, to:

a) repeal the Aquaculture Licence and Lease Regulations , N.S. Reg. 15/2000, made by the Governor in Council by Order In Council 2000-31 dated February 2, 2000; and

b) make new regulations respecting aquaculture licences and leases in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
