OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated May 4, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1998, the Real Estate Appraisers Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Anthony Nicholson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Hubley) as a lay representative on the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years commencing June 7, 2022; and (
b) appoint Iain Fraser of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a lay representative on the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years commencing June 7, 2022.
