Order in Council 376/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1296/2017 dated June 28, 2017 that appointed Sergio Saccucci of Sault Ste. Marie as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the District of Algoma Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
