Order in Council 1791/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (1) of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Act,

Kate Manson-Smith

be appointed Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, effective December 9, 2019, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1043/2019, dated July 25, 2019, be revoked effective December 9, 2019.
