OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 23, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Denis Burgess, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-41 dated February 2, 2000, while employed as Constituency Assistant to Robert Chisholm, MLA; and (
b) appoint Denis Burgess of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed as Constituency Assistant to Michele Raymond, MLA.
