B.C. Reg. 286/2003, deposited July 25, 2003, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the

EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 752/2003, approved and ordered July 24, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective August 1, 2003, the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, and the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, are amended according to sections 1 and 2 below:

1 The Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended by striking out "$116.42" and substituting "$123.50"
