OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated July 29, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 466 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Theatres and Amusements Act, is pleased to: (a)appoint the following persons as assistant inspectors under the Theatres and Amusements Act: Ronald Downey, Michael Laurie Maclnnis, Allison Dolhanty; and (b)direct that any person appointed as an assistant inspector may perform all duties of the Inspector under the Theatres and Amusements Act.
