OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, dated March 30, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the Province, as represented by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, entering into a contribution agreement with Dalhousie University for the implementation of a COVID-19 Relief Program to provide support, in the form of non-repayable financial assistance, to individuals and businesses who have been adversely affected by COVID-19.

The contribution agreement is to be in the form discussed and approved by Executive Council on March 30, 2020, subject to such variations as Dalhousie and the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board may agree in order to better describe the program initiatives contained in the agreement and that do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
