OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated March 10, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 87 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after May 3, 2011, to authorize the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education to enter into a funding agreement with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency to develop a Business Competency Endorsement with the other Atlantic provinces through the Atlantic Apprenticeship Council for journeypersons working in designated trades, substantially in the form as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
