Order in Council 1504/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act , Laurie Bruce of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of one year, effective October 22, 2016.
