On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Kawalie Asha Maharaj of Scarborough

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of one year, effective March 21, 2017 to and including March 20, 2018.
