OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 29, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint J. Scott Barnett of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of five years effective on and after September 8, 2010; (
b) re-appoint Gregg Knudsen of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of five years effective on and after September 8, 2010; and (
c) re-appoint Dominic Goduto of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of five years effective on and after September 8, 2010.
