CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation Act (Assented to June 8, 1990) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation Amendment Act, 1990 . R.S.S.1978, c.S-24,

section amended

Section of The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation Act is amended by: (

a) renumbering it as subsection (1); and (

b) adding the following subsection after subsection (1): "(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to and is deemed never to have applied to a loan insured by the federal corporation under the federal Act, other than a loan contemplated by this Act that is with respect to (

a) a rental housing project; (

b) a co-operative housing project; or (

c) a hostel or dormitory housing project". Coming into force3 This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
