OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 17, 2003, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a lease by the Minister of Natural Resources of a parcel of Crown land containing 0.l8 hectare, more or less, situate at River John, Pictou County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Dub? Botanical Gardens, a registered partnership of Rollande Dub? and John Bueglas, of River John, Pictou County, for the purpose of maintaining and operating a trail users rest stop and canteen with a rental storage area that is compatible with recreational trail use and for no other purpose, for a term of five (5) years at the annual rent of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) with the right to renew the lease for a further five (5) year term at a rent to be fixed by the Lessor, provided that the Lessee has satisfactorily complied with terms and conditions of the lease; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
